Re: Tariff Notice 567
The Commission received an application by Telus (Quebec) on 21 November 2011, under cover of Tariff Notice 567, in which the company proposed revised rates for toll interconnection services such as direct connection, access tandem, and toll-free carrier identification services, and for primary interexchange carrier processing in the province of Quebec.
The Commission received comments on the application and is conducting a review. Interrogatories related to the cost study attached to Tariff Notice 567 will be sent shortly.
Accordingly, this application, as well as all associated subsequent revisions, will not be completed by the 45th day following its receipt. The Commission intends to render a decision on this application, as well as all associated subsequent revisions, by 8 June 2012.
Sincerely,
