RE:  Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 388 and Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7335 – Rate Schedules for Primary Exchange and Local Link Services

Dear Sirs:

On 5 December 2011, the Commission received applications by Bell Aliant under cover of Tariff Notice 419 and Bell Canada under cover of Tariff Notice 7335, in which the companies proposed changes to the rate schedules for Primary Exchange and Local Link services.

Commission staff received comments dated 17 January 2011, and reply comments dated 24 January 2011 related to these applications and is continuing its analysis of this matter.  Consequently, these applications have not been disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt.  The Commission intends to dispose of these applications by no later than 5 March 2012.
