Re: Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 395 and Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7340 – Proposed service charge for network capacity changes - residence
Dear Sirs:
The Commission received a joint application by Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership (Bell Aliant) and Bell Canada (collectively, the Bell companies), dated 16 January 2012, in which the Companies proposed changes to their General Tariffs, Gateway Access Service (GAS), item 5440 section 4. Specifically, the Companies proposed a service charge for 1000 Mbps IP AHSSPIs, per order.
The Bell companies are to file responses to the attached interrogatories by 8 March 2012.
All parties may submit comments to the Commission by 13 March 2012.
The Bell Companies are to file reply comments to the Commission by 16 March 2012.
Copies of the documents should also be sent to Doug Thurston (doug.thurston@crtc.gc.ca).
