Re: Rogers Communications Partnership Tariff Notice 19 – Proposed service charge for network capacity modifications and revised TPIA Service Agreement
Dear Sir:
The Commission received an application by Rogers Communications Partnership (Rogers), dated 19 December 2011, in which the company proposed changes to their Access Services Tariff for Third Party Internet Access (TPIA), item 703 section 1. Specifically, Rogers proposed a network capacity service charge and a revised TPIA service agreement.
Rogers is to file responses to the attached interrogatories by 8 March 2012.
All parties may submit comments to the Commission by 13 March 2012.
Rogers is to file reply comments to the Commission by 16 March 2012.
Copies of the documents should also be sent to Renée Doiron (renee.doiron@crtc.gc.ca).
