Dear Sir:
This is in regard to Tariff Notice Amendment 41A – Vidéotron of 27 January 2011, in which the company proposed a tariff page project and new tariffs for service fees and diagnostic services.
We have taken into account the application to review and vary of 4 January 2012 and the comments of 6 February 2012, both filed by the Canadian Network Operators Consortium Inc. (CNOC).
Based on Vidéotron’s reply to the comments filed by CNOC on 16 February 2012, and on the appendices to the tariff notice amendment (tariff page project), please respond to the appended information requests.
The Commission asks that Vidéotron file a reply no later than 8 March 2012, and asks the parties involved to file their comments no later than 13 March 2012.
Furthermore, Vidéotron must reply to comments no later than 16 March 2012.
Replies and comments must be received, not merely sent, by these dates.
