RE: Advanced Interactive Canada Inc.’s request to register as a CLEC and as a non-dominant carrier

On 7 February 2011, Advanced Interactive Canada Inc. (AIC) filed a request to register as a competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) and as a non-dominant carrier.

Commission staff notes that in order to be registered on any facilities-based registration list, entities must comply with the appropriate regulatory regime and complete the following online forms in the Data Collection System (DCS):

As of the date of this letter, AIC has not completed any of the above-noted forms in the DCS. Consequently, AIC’s request to register is now closed.

Should AIC wish to register on any of the registration list(s) maintained by the Commission, it must file a new request.

If you have questions or require assistance, please contact us by e-mail at cd-dc@crtc.gc.ca, by phone at (819) 997-4597 or by fax at (819) 994-0218.
