RE:  Tariff Notice 419 – Withdrawal of Dual Line Call Manager Service

Dear Sir:

On 29 November 2011, the Commission received an application by TELUS under cover of Tariff Notice 419, in which the company proposed withdraw the Dual Line Call Manager Service.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this matter.  Consequently, this application has not been disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt.  The Commission intends to dispose of this application by the end of March 2012.
