On 6 February 2012, Quadro Communications Co-operative Inc. (Quadro) filed its proposed customer notification texts related to the above-noted subject in order to comply with the directives in Telecom Decision 2005-211 and Telecom Decision 2005-612.

This is to advise that Commission staff has reviewed the proposed texts and considers that Quadro is in compliance with the directives in Telecom Decision 2005-21 and Telecom Decision 2005-61.
