Re: Follow-up to Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2011-703 – Pending rate issues (Tariff Notice Amendment 41A - Vidéotron) and the revised TPIA service agreement
Dear Madam and Sirs,
On 19 December 2011, Quebecor Media Inc., on behalf of its subsidiary Vidéotron, proposed a service charge for orders of network capacity increments and an update of its diagnostic labour rate in tariff notice 41 (TN 41).
On 27 January 2012, the Commission received TN 41A revising the proposed service order charge and the diagnostic labour rate.
In the circumstances, all parties may file written comments to the Commission by 06 February 2012. Vidéotron may file reply comments by 16 February 2012.
