RE: Tariff Notice 265 - Increase to HCSAs residential Primary Exchange Service
Dear Sir:
On 12 January 2012, the Commission received a letter from Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel) indicating that the company is unable to file, on the stipulated due date of 16 January 2012, their reply to a request for information mailed to the company by the Commission on 10 January 2012. The Company requested the reply period be extended to 23 January 2012.
Commission staff considers that the extension requested is not unreasonable, therefore, SaskTel is to file its reply comments to the Commission by 23 January 2012.
Yours sincerely,
‘Original signed by S. Bédard’
