Re: application 2012-0184-7 – Application by Bell Media Inc. against MTS Inc. alleging an undue disadvantage.

Dear Mr. Goldstein:

This is in reference to the application 2012-0184-7 by Bell Media Inc. (Bell) wherein Bell claims it is being subjected to an undue disadvantage contrary to s. 9(1) of the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations and Broadcasting Regulatory Policy CRTC 2011-415, by MTS repackaging Bell’s services without its consent.

Pursuant to Bell’s indication to CRTC staff on 12 October 2012 that it is now appropriate to close this file, the Commission confirms that the file is now closed.

A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
