Re: Complaint by TELUS Communications Inc. (TELUS) against Corus Entertainment Inc., (Corus) under s. 6.3 of the Pay Television Regulations, 1990.

Given the potential negative impact on TELUS of delays caused by the Commission’s normal deadlines set out in its Rules of Procedure, we have decided to vary those rules in the present case.
Accordingly, the timetable for the process will be as follows:
Answers by Corus and Shaw: 1 October 2012
Reply by TELUS: 9 October 2012
If other parties should also file comments by the intervention deadline currently set out on our website (24 October 2012), TELUS will have its normal right to reply to such comments on or before 5 November 2012. If additional process is required, Commission staff will issue a further Procedural letter.
A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
