Dear Sirs:
Re: Undue preference complaint by VMedia against Bell Media Inc.
Filed 13 September 2012 (Application 2012-1146-6)
Given the potential negative impact on VMedia of delays caused by the Commission’s normal deadlines set out in its rules of procedure, we have decided to vary those rules in the present case.
Accordingly, the timetable for the process will be as follows:
Answer by Bell Media: 5 October 2012
Reply by VMedia: 12 October 2012
If other parties should also file comments by the intervention deadline currently set out on our website (17 October 2012), VMedia will have its normal right of reply on 29 October. If additional process is required, Commission staff will issue a further Procedural letter.
A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
Sincerely,
