The purpose of this letter is to inform Rogers Broadcasting Limited (Rogers) that, in addition to Rogers’ letter dated 22 August 2012, the Commission took into consideration Rogers’ letter dated 9 August 2012 when it made its determination on 27 August 2012 regarding Rogers’ confidentiality request for the affiliation agreement entered into between Rogers and 2209005 Ontario Inc. on 24 April 2012.
A copy of this letter will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
