On 13 July 2012, Golden West Broadcasting Ltd. (Golden West) filed its answer in response to application 2012-0636-8 by Acadia Broadcasting Ltd. (Acadia). Commission staff notes that this answer was submitted outside of the normal timelines set out in the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Given the nature of Acadia’s application, Golden West’s answer will nonetheless be placed on the public record. Acadia is hereby being provided with an opportunity to file its reply within 10 days of the date of this letter.

A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
