This is in reference to your e-mail dated 28 June 2012 to Commission staff requesting an extension to 11 July 2012 to file a reply to interventions received with respect to the above noted application.
Staff notes that you have outlined reasons for your request, which note that many key members of your client’s team are currently on vacation. As such, you are unable to convene a meeting of your team until their return. Additionally, you note that issues have been raised in the interventions that must be reviewed.
This letter is to advise you that the request for the extension is granted.
Please ensure you file your reply to interventions no later than 11 July 2012 at 5 p.m. EST.
A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
