Dear Mr. Rudock:
On 1June 2012, the Commission sent you a letter dated 31 May 2012 via email to notify you about apparent non-compliance with subsections 2.2(8) and 2.2(9) of the Radio Regulations that will be examined at the 19 June 2012 hearing in Gatineau, at which you are expected to appear.
Unfortunately, the version of the letter you received was not the same as the version of the letter which I actually signed.
Please find attached the correct version of the notification letter. Please also note that this corrected version does not substantially change the matter of which you were notified. A paper copy of this letter will also be sent to you via regular mail.
A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
