Dear Me Dignard:

Re: applications number 2012-0439-6 and 2012-0441-1

This is in reference to the applications by Cogeco Diffusion Acquisitions inc. for authority to amend the technical parameter of the radio programming undertakings CHMP-FM Longueuil and CKBE-FM Montréal in order to install new transmitters which can provide an effective radiated power of 100 kW.

Staff notes that the applications were filed at the Commission on the same date and that technical information regarding geographical coordinates of the transmitter and antenna are identical. Consequently, please confirm for the public record whether the applications are severable or not.

The information requested herein should be received by the Commission no later than 30 May 2012, failing which, your application may be returned to be completed and resubmitted with the Commission should you wish to pursue this proposal.

A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.

You are reminded that applicants are required to file their applications, related documents and related correspondence electronically using Access Key.

Should you need further information concerning your application, please do not hesitate to contact me by telephone at (819) 997-9310 or by fax at 819-994-0218.

Yours sincerely,
