Dear Mr. Hetherington,

This is in reference to the application submitted by Five Amigos broadcasting Inc. (FABI) for a technical amendment to a broadcasting licence for an analog radio programming undertaking for CKXS-FM Wallaceburg.

Commission staff would like to advise you that the analysis of you application has been suspended given its relations and pending further consideration of application 2012-0312-4, for a technical amendment to a broadcasting licence of CJAM-FM Windsor, submitted by CJAM Student Media Corporation (CJAM).

In this regard, staff note the agreement reached between CJAM and FABI, filed on 12 April 2012 in the context of application 2012-0302-4. The processing of your application will resume following the completion of the record in CJAM’s above noted application.

A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of your proceeding.

You are reminded that applicants are required to file their applications, related documents and related correspondence electronically using Access Key.
