Re: Procedural Request - Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2012-115
Dear Mr. Temple:
In Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2012-115, the Commission invited comments on the wording of Pelmorex Communications Inc.’s proposed amendments to the Terms and conditions for distribution of the national, English- and French-language Category A specialty service The Weather Network/Météomédia by persons licensed to carry on certain types of broadcasting distribution undertakings, set out in the appendix to Extension of the mandatory distribution order for The Weather Network/Météomédia, Broadcasting Order CRTC 2009-340-1, 24 January 2012. The Commission stated that it would accept comments received on or before 26 March 2012 but did not indicate that there would be a reply phase.
However, the Commission has received your letter dated 3 April 2012 in reply to comments submitted by MTS Allstream Inc., Rogers Communications Partnership and Saskatchewan Telecommunications, and Commission staff is accepting it. Please note that a copy of your letter and this response will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
Sincerely,
