Re: Review of the Local Programming Improvement Fund
Dear Ms Samson,
This is in response to your letter of 2 February regarding the disclosure of information relating to the Commission’s review of the Local Programming Improvement Fund (LPIF).
Since the Commission received your letter, it has added to the public file additional information related to TVA and V, including information from our public aggregate returns.1 It is not expected that further information relating to the annual returns of LPIF-eligible stations will be released prior to the April 2012 public hearing.
A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
