This is in response to letters received by the Commission from the above noted parties dated 8 February 2012.
In light of the issues to be determined and with a view of gathering a complete record, Bell Media Inc. will be required to file their intervention with the Commission, copying Canadian Independent Distributors Group (CIDG), by no later than 13 February 2011.
CIDG will then have until 23 February 2011 to provide its reply to the Commission, copying Bell Media Inc.
