Re: Application by Rogers Broadcasting Ltd. to redirect tangible benefits (2011-1434-7)

Dear Ms. Wheeler,

The Commission has considered the request by Rogers Broadcasting Ltd. (RBL) for the following two amendments to the tangible benefits package arising from Broadcasting Decision 2004-502 (Transfer of effective control of Craig Media Inc. to CHUM Limited; and Acquisition of assets – reorganization of Toronto One) and assumed by RBL as a result of Broadcasting Decision 2007-360 (Transfer of effective control of 1708487 Ontario Inc., 1738700 Ontario Inc. and CHUM Television Vancouver Inc. to Rogers Media Inc.):

The Commission approves both of these requests and reminds RBL that it must continue to report annually on the aforementioned benefits package until all funds have been expended. It should be noted that the Commission will not consider any further requests for extensions or modifications with respect to these funds.

Sincerely,

[Original signed by]
