Changes to procedure
1. With this notice, the Commission revises the procedure established in Proceeding to establish a mandatory code for mobile wireless services, Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2012-557, 11 October 2012, as amended by Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2012-557-1, 1 November 2012.
2. The Commission notes that it has added five new interventions to the public record of the proceeding. Given that these interventions have been added after the deadline for filing replies in this proceeding, the Commission considers it appropriate to extend the deadline to reply to any new issues raised in these interventions only to 3 January 2013.
