CKBG-FM Middle Musquodoboit – Revocation of licence
1. Paul Blackmore has requested the revocation of its broadcasting licence for the English-language, low-power commercial radio programming undertaking CKBG-FM Middle Musquodoboit, Nova Scotia. The licensee stated that the undertaking is no longer in operation due to economic reasons.
2. Given the licensee’s request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to Paul Blackmore for the above-mentioned undertaking.
