The following item is withdrawn from this hearing given that the Commission has been advised by the Department of Industry that the application is not technically acceptable. Therefore, the Commission has closed the file on this application.

This application is technically mutually exclusive with an application by Golden West Broadcasting Ltd. (2012-0446-1), which will also be considered at this hearing.
