Addition of Caribbean Everyday Entertainment Network to the list of non-Canadian programming services authorized for distribution – Correction

1. In Addition of Caribbean Everyday Entertainment Network to the list of non-Canadian programming services authorized for distribution, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2012-259, 30 April 2012 (Broadcasting Decision 2012-259), the Commission noted that it was amending the List of non-Canadian programming services authorized for distribution (the list) to add a non-Canadian service to the list.

2. However, the Canadian sponsor, Rogers Communications Partnership,1 has informed the Commission that the service was erroneously identified in its application as Caribbean Everyday Entertainment Network when the name of the service is actually Caribbean Entertainment Everyday Network. Accordingly, the Commission hereby corrects Broadcasting Decision 2012-259 by changing the name of the service so that it reads Caribbean Entertainment Everyday Network. The revised list is available on the Commission’s website at www.crtc.gc.ca under “Broadcasting Sector.”
