Mystery – Acquisition of assets – Correction
1. The Commission hereby corrects the French-language version of Mystery – acquisition of assets, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2012-238, 25 April 2012 by replacing the title and summary for that decision with the following:
Mystery – acquisition d’actif
Le Conseil approuve, sous réserve du dépôt par le demandeur d’un calendrier de paiement à jour des avantages tangibles proposés, la demande présentée par Shaw Television G.P. Inc. (l’associé commandité) et Shaw Media Global Inc. (l’associé commanditaire), faisant affaires sous le nom de Shaw Television Limited Partnership, et Shaw Media Global Inc. (Shaw Global), associés dans une société en nom collectif faisant affaires sous le nom de Mystery Partnership, en vue d’être autorisé à acquérir, par l’entremise de l’acquisition par Shaw Global des unités de Mystery Partnership détenues par Groupe TVA inc., l’actif du service national de catégorie A spécialisé de langue anglaise Mystery, et en vue d’obtenir une licence de radiodiffusion afin de poursuivre l’exploitation de l’entreprise.
