Re: Part 1 Application by MTS Allstream concerning relocation of a co-location in a TCC central office
Dear Madams, Sirs:
On 19 December 2011, MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream) filed an application concerning relocation of a co-location in a TELUS Communications Company (TCC) central office.
MTS Allstream submitted that on 1 September 2011, TCC provided written notice requiring MTS Allstream to relocate equipment used to interconnect with TCC and to offer end-customer services by 1 February 2012. MTS Allstream requested, in addition to requests related to charges and compensation, that the Commission issue an order on an expedited basis directing TCC to continue providing interconnection and other services to MTS Allstream and other companies co-located at 720 Seymour Street in Vancouver, at least until 30 June 2012.
In light of MTS Allstream’s request for expedited relief, TCC is to file its answer and any other interested person, their intervention on MTS Allstream’s application by 9 January 2012. MTS Allstream may provide reply by 11 January 2012.
