RE: Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership – Tariff Notice 381
Dear Mr. Palmer:
On 6 October 2011, the Commission received an application by Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership, under cover of Tariff Notice 381, proposing revisions to its Special Facilities Tariff, CRTC 21563, to introduce a new DS-3 access facility, under Item D77 (l) – Digital Transmission Facilities.
The Commission notes that the record of this application closed with Bell Aliant’s reply comments of 10 November 2011. The Commission is in the process of completing its analysis of the application. Consequently, the Commission will be unable to render its decision within 45 business days of receipt of the application. The Commission expects to render its decision in January 2012.
