RE: Proceeding to consider a model Municipal Access Agreement, Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2011-614
Dear Mr. Greenberg
On 18 November 2011, Public Mobile Inc (Public Mobile) filed a letter (attached) with respect to the Proceeding to consider a model Municipal Access Agreement, Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2011- 614 (NoC 2011-614).
On 21 October 2011, the Commission received requests to amend the process for
NoC 2011-614. By a Commission staff letter dated 26 October 2011, interested persons were provided an opportunity to file comments regarding these requests.
By letter dated 2 November 2011 (copy attached), the Commission suspended NoC 2011-614 while it has reviewed the requests and any comments received. The Commission will issue revised dates for the NoC 2011-614 proceeding, once it has made its determination on these requests.
Therefore, in light of the fact that NoC 2011-614 is suspended, Public Mobile’s letter of 18 November 2011 is being returned.
Sincerely yours,
