Dear Sir:
Re: Cogeco Cable Inc. Tariff Notice 35
The Commission received an application by Cogeco Cable Inc. under cover of Tariff Notice 35, in which it proposed speed upgrades for certain third-party Internet access (TPIA) services as well as the introduction of a new TPIA service speed tier and an interim monthly rate.
The Commission intends to dispose of Tariff Notice 35 subsequent to its decision regarding Review of billing practices for wholesale residential high-speed access services, Telecom Notice of Consultation 2011-77, 8 February 2011, to be issued shortly.
Consequently, this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, will not be disposed of on the 45th calendar day of their receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, by the first quarter of 2012.
Yours sincerely,
