Re: TCC Tariff Notice 418
On 21 October 2011, the Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Company (TCC), proposing revisions to its Special Facilities Tariff, CRTC 21463, to introduce a Type 1 customer-specific arrangement under Item 234 –- Customer Specific IP Relay service.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application. Consequently, this application will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day after it was received. The Commission intends to dispose of this application within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
