RE: Saskatchewan Telecommunications – Tariff Notice 257 and Tariff Notice 258

Dear Mr. Hersche:

On 6 October 2011, the Commission received applications by Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel), under Tariff Notice 257 in which the company proposed revisions to its General Tariff, Item 110.12 – Network Access Service and to Tariff Notice 258 in which SaskTel proposed revisions to its General Tariff, Item 105.05 – Administration Charges.

Commission staff notes that it is continuing its analysis of these applications. Consequently, these applications will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day after they were received. The Commission intends to dispose of these applications within 45 business days of receipt of these filings.

Yours sincerely,
