RE: Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership – Tariff Notice 381

Dear Mr. Palmer:

On 6 October 2011, the Commission received an application by Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership, under cover of Tariff Notice 381, proposing revisions to its Special Facilities Tariff, CRTC 21563, to introduce a new DS-3 access facility, under Item D77 (l) – Digital Transmission Facilities.

The Commission has received comments on this application. Consequently, this application will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day after it was received. The Commission intends to dispose of this application within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
