Dear Madam/Sir:
Re: Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership Tariff Notice 380 and Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7326 - Procedural issue
The Commission has received correspondence from Globility Communications Corporation (Globility) requesting that the Commission establish further process in order to allow parties to pose interrogatories to Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership (Bell Aliant) and Bell Canada (collectively, the Bell companies) regarding their proposed revised monthly co-location power rates. In support of its request, Globility submitted that the supporting information filed by the Bell companies is insufficient to permit a full assessment of the appropriateness of their proposed rates.
In the circumstances, Globility’s request is considered reasonable. Accordingly, Commission staff sets out the following revised process dates:
Parties may pose interrogatories to the Bell companies 21 October 2011
Bell Companies’ responses to parties’ interrogatories 10 November 2011
Comments may be filed by parties 18 November 2011
Reply comments may be filed by the Bell companies 25 November 2011
Commissions staff notes that the Bell companies are to provide responses to earlier Commission interrogatories (dated 30 September 2011) by17 October 2011. Consistent with the guidelines set out in Broadcasting and Telecom Information Bulletin CRTC 2010-959, copies of comments and interrogatory responses referred to above are to be served on all parties to this proceeding. Copies of the documents should also be sent to pamela.cormier@crtc,.gc.ca.
Yours truly,
