Re: Part 1 application by Bell Aliant seeking updated costs for residential Primary Exchange Service for subsidy calculation purposes
The Commission is in receipt of the 25 July 2011 responses to requests for information filed by Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership (Bell Aliant) on 2 September 2011 and 16 September 2011.
In light of the responses provided, Commission staff considers that it is necessary to further clarify certain assumptions used by Bell Aliant to develop the proposed prospective incremental copper cable capital costs included in its cost submission. Accordingly, Bell Aliant is to provide responses to the attached requests for information, serving a copy on all interveners, by 21 October 2011.
Interveners may file with the Commission, serving a copy on Bell Aliant, supplementary comments related to the information provided in response to the Commission’s 25 July 2011 and 5 October 2011 requests for information, by 28 October 2011. Bell Aliant may file reply comments with the Commission, serving a copy on all interveners, by 4 November 2011.
Documents to be filed and served in accordance with the above process are to be received, not merely sent, by the date indicated. Copies of the documents should also be sent to thomas.hui@crtc.gc.ca.
