RE: Tariff Notice 410 – Residence Single Line Access Service

Dear Sir,

On 26 August 2011, the Commission received an application by Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership under cover of Tariff Notice 410, in which the company proposed modifications to General Tariff Item 205 – Voice Access Services, pursuant to Obligation to serve and other matters, Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2011-192, 3 May 2011. The company has indicated that its application is a Group B retail tariff filing.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis. Consequently, this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day of their receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
