In a letter dated 16 March 2011 and amended in a letter dated 1st August 2011, GCN provided its response to the above-noted Commission letter.
Commission staff has reviewed GCN’s proposed customer notification texts and considers that they are in compliance with the Commission’s determinations in Telecom Decision 2005-61. As indicated in that decision, this information is to be made available through all of the following: marketing material used for television, radio and printed media, the terms and conditions of service, on-line material, customer service representatives, service contracts and starter kits.
