RE: Filing of responses to requests for information for Telecom Notice of Consultation 2011‑206
Dear Mr. Zimnicki:
Commission staff notes that FiberneticsCorporation (Fibernetics) has yet to file its responses to requests for information in accordance with the procedural deadlines set out in Telecom Notice of Consultation 2011-206 and as modified by a Commission staff letter dated 9 August 2011. These responses were to have been filed no later than 19 August 2011.
Fibernetics is to file its responses no later than the close of business today, 24 August 2011. Failure to do so will jeopardize Fibernetics’ status as a party and, by extension, its ability to participate any further in this proceeding.
