RE: Amtelecom Limited Partnership Tariff Notice 68 – Call Trace Feature

Dear Madam:

On 2 August 2011, the Commission received the above-mentioned tariff notice submitted by Amtelecom Limited Partnership, in which the company proposed to provide its Call Trace feature at no charge and requested that the Commission ratify the rate of $0 for this feature from 1 June 2010 to the date its application is approved.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis.

Consequently, this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day of their receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
