RE: Tariff Notice 39 – Support Structure Services
Dear Madam,
On 29 July 2011, the Commission received an application by Dryden Municipal Telephone System (DMTS) under cover of Tariff Notice 39 (TN 39), in which the company requested approval for revisions to General Tariff Section 800, item 3 – Other System Attachments. The company also filed a proposed Support Structure License Agreement with its application. The company has indicated that its application is a Group B retail tariff filing.
Commission staff notes that the proposed Support Structure License Agreement does not conform to the Commission’s directives for such an agreement as set out in Rates set for access to telephone companies’ support structures, Order CRTC 2000-13, 18 January 2000.
DMTS is requested to file a revised Support Structure License Agreement that conforms to the Commission’s directives as noted above. The revised agreement should not be filed as Tariff Notice 39A, unless the company is also filing revised tariff pages.
Consequently, this application, along with all associated subsequent amendments or revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day of their receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
