RE: Amtelecom Limited Partnership Tariff Notice 66 – Pay Per Use Features
Dear Madam:
On 13 July 2011, the Commission received the above-mentioned tariff notice submitted by Amtelecom Limited Partnership, in which the company proposed to withdraw its Value Package 30 and certain Pay Per Use features, namely Three Way Calling, Call Return and Busy Call Return.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis.
Consequently, this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 10th business day of their receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
