RE: Tariff Notice 412 – Terms of Service
Dear Sir:
On 23 June 2010, the Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Company under Tariff Notice 412, in which the company proposed a revision to its General Tariff item 112 – General Terms of Service, The Company’s Rights, to enable the company to check the credit history of customers. The company has indicated that its application is a Group B retail tariff filing.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application. Consequently, this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following their receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
Yours sincerely,
