Re: Northwestel Tariff Notice 877
On 21 June 2011 the Commission received an application from Northwestel Inc., under Tariff Notice 877 (TN 877), proposing revisions to the company’s Special Services Tariff to introduce a new tariff, item 747 10GBPS Ethernet Metropolitan Area Network service.
Pursuant to a telephone conversation with Commission staff, Northwestel indicated that it would amend its filing to correct errors in the proposed tariff pages. Consequently, the application will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day after it was received. The Commission intends to dispose of this application within 45 business days of the receipt of the filing.
