Re: Registered Parties List – Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2011-206, Proceeding to review network interconnection matters
This letter is to inform you that, consistent with section 26 of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure (SOR/2010-277) (the Rules of Procedure), the list of registered parties will be restricted to only those persons who have become a party by filing an intervention and have registered as a party using the Commission’s online form in accordance with the procedure set out in paragraphs 26 and 27 of the above-noted Notice of Consultation. Accordingly, persons who have not done so will not be added to the list of registered parties.
In addition, the list of registered parties will only include the contact information of one representative per party. Persons who are not the designated representative for a party will not be included on the list.
Commission staff notes that the list of registered parties is strictly intended to facilitate service of documents as required by the Notice of Consultation and the Rules of Procedure. Persons who are not on the list are encouraged to monitor the Commission’s website for documents filed during the course of the proceeding.
The updated list of registered parties will be posted on the Commission’s website shortly.
