RE: Execulink Telecom Inc. - Tariff Notice 60

Dear Sir:

On 16 June 2011, the Commission received an application by Execulink Telecom Inc. (Execulink), under Tariff Notice 60, in which the company proposed revisions to its General Tariff to reflect housekeeping changes. The company indicated that its application was filed as a Group A retail tariff filing under Approval mechanisms for retail and CLEC tariffs, Telecom Decision CRTC 2008-74, 21 August 2008.

Commission staff notes the following concerns about this application:

• Pursuant to Approval processes for tariff applications and intercarrier agreements, Telecom Information Bulletin CRTC 2010-455, 5 July 2010 (Telecom Information Bulletin 2010-455), paragraph 3a), for each Group A retail tariff filing, the applicant is required to file both the prevailing and revised tariff pages with the Commission. Commission staff notes that, of the proposed tariff pages listed in the description, the following required prevailing tariff pages have not been filed:

o Section 140, page 1, Original;
o Section 500, page 1, Original;
o Section 510, page 1, Original; and
o Section 700, page 1, Original

• Proposed tariff page, Section 60, page 4, should be Revision 6, instead of Revision 7; and
• Proposed tariff page, Section 60, page 5, 7th Revision, was not provided.

Based on the above, this file is now closed. As such, please note that the changes described in this tariff application are not effective.

The Commission is prepared to consider a new application under cover of a new tariff notice.

Yours sincerely,
