Dear Ms. Badea:
On 15 June 2011, the Commission received an application by Iristel Inc. (Iristel), proposing revisions to its Competitive Local Exchange Tariff, CRTC 21670, to introduce Item 503 – Local Service Request (LSR) Rejection Charge.
Based on a telephone conversation with Iristel, Commission staff expects the latter to file an amendment to its application. Consequently, this application will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day after it was received. The Commission intends to dispose of this application within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
