Re: Request to extend comment period - Northwestel Tariff Notice 876
On 24 May 2011, the Commission received a request from the Government of Yukon to extend the comment period for Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel) Tariff Notice 876 until 20 June 2011 in view of the fact that this tariff notice was inadvertently classified as forborne from approval.
On 27 May 2011, Northwestel responded to the extension request and proposed that an extension to 13 June 2011 would be fair and reasonable, in light of the fact that the Government of Yukon had been made aware of the proposed rate changes on 6 May 2011.
The comment period for this tariff notice is hereby extended to 13 June 2011.
