RE: Tariff Notice 1 – Carrier Access Tariff
Dear Mr. Drolet:
On 10 May 2011, the Commission received an application from the Coopérative de câblodistribution Ste-Catherine-Fossambault, under cover of Tariff Notice 1, in which the company filed its Carrier Access Tariff. The company identified its application as a Group B retail tariff filing.
The Commission staff asked the company to amend its application.
Consequently, this application, and any subsequent amendments associated with it, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day after it was received. The Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any subsequent amendments associated with it, within 45 business days.
